Own Boat Tuition

Own boat tuition can be arranged either on a boat owned by you or a boat you have chartered.

Non certificated training can be carried out directly through Fair Winds Sailing and we are happy to work through any aspects of sailing or power boating that you feel you need practice or training in.

These can include, but are not exclusive to:

  • Spinnaker handling
  • Berthing
  • Day Skipper/Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster preparation
  • Additional training following RYA course debriefs
  • Powerhandling

Alternatively RYA training centres are able to run certificated courses on your own boat. We appreciate that boat owners  sometimes prefer to learn on their own vessel and we are happy to arrange this via one of our training partners if you wish.
